Where do you collect and deliver?
ZipDrop is based in Weston-super-Mare. Nearby collections and deliveries further afield are considered individually, subject to route suitability and availability.
What are the parcel size options?
Small: up to 40 × 30 × 30 cm and 5 kg. Medium: up to 60 × 40 × 40 cm and 10 kg. Large: up to 90 × 60 × 60 cm and 20 kg. Limits apply per parcel; tell us the contents and parcel count so suitability can be confirmed.
How do I know the final price?
The complete addresses, parcel details, service and requirements determine the quote. The price and collection arrangements must be confirmed before you book.
What if I need several stops?
Tell us the collection point, delivery addresses and timings. Multi-stop work is reviewed and quoted as an arrangement; the complete route is reviewed before its price is confirmed.
